Blankenberge

Made on a Mac

06 July

The rain began as the crew headed for the tram to Blankenberge. In Blankenberge it was raining heavily, so they headed straight for a cafe and had coffee and then a light lunch. After a walk in the rain through the pedestrian precinct to the promenade they curved back and found another cafe, where, over two drinks, they watched Lewis Hamilton win the British Grand Prix.  Returning on the tram, it was still raining lightly when they arrived back at the harbour. Joe made spaghetti with pesto for dinner. One month later they would see Blankenberge again.
