At Gouda she turned into a narrow side-arm of the river and moored at a dead-end in an insalubrious harbour.

Taking a round-about route through housing areas, the crew wandered to the town centre. After walking once round the market square in the rain they settled for dinner, under cover, outside one of many restaurant/bar/cafés.

The return walk to the boat was by a more direct route.

The crew had breakfast in the marina restaurant at 08:00 and cast off at 09:30. The morning passed, cruising through Dordrecht. Moored to a Dalben by a factory, Weeki Wachee waited until a bridge opened at 12:15. Later she passed quickly through another bridge and even later quickly through a lock.
