Weeki Wachee left the harbour on a calm sea under a blue sky. Not far out she was stopped by a coast guard boat and the skipper was advised to avoid diving operations ahead and to take a northerly route, avoiding the western firing area.

It was a pleasant, smooth cruise to Heiligenhafen in sunshine. Norbert steered his ship into harbour and moored her to the strains of "Santiano".

Joe prepared sausage and mash for the last meal onboard and afterwards the crew repaired to the Alt Deutscher and drank several rounds to the Weeki Wachee.
